Husker Harvest Days 2025 Game Card Sweepstakes
Eligibility. The Husker Harvest Days 2025 Game Card Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Farm Progress Limited (“Farm Progress”) is open to registered attendees of 2025 Husker Harvest Days taking place in Grand Island, Nebraska from September 9-11, 2025 (the “Show”). The Sweepstakes is only open to entrants who are 21 years of age or older and residents of the United States. Employees of Farm Progress, exhibitors of the Show, and their agents, affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies, sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families and households of each are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Farm Progress and judges, which are binding and final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted.
Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes will be conducted over the course of three (3) days. Day One begins at or around 9:00 AM CT on or about September 9, 2025 and ends at or around 4:00 PM CT on or about September 9, 2025; Day Two begins at or around 9:00 AM CT on or about September 10, 2025, and ends at or around 4:00 PM CT on or about September 10, 2025; Day Three begins at or around 9:00 AM CT on or about September 11, 2025, and ends at or around 4:00 PM CT on or about September 11, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Entry. Entrants who wish to participate in the Sweepstakes can register for complimentary tickets to attend the Show online at this link: https://www.eventspass.com/event/huskerharvest25, prior to September 9, 2025. During the Sweepstakes Period, attend the Show and pick up a game card passport from hospitality tent. The passport will display the names of ten (10) participating exhibitors at the Show. Visit each exhibitor during the Sweepstakes Period, and have the exhibitor punch the corresponding square on your passport. Once you’ve visited all 10 exhibitor booths and have all 10 entries punched on your passport, return your game card passport to the hospitality tent. Each passport must have all ten logos punched by the exhibitor to qualify for entry, and only passports with 10 completed punches will be entered into the drawing. Passports must also include each entrant’s name, phone number, address, and email address to be eligible to win. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries will be void. Only individual participants are eligible to enter; participants cannot work in teams. Entries which subvert the entry process are void. Proof of entry submission will not be deemed proof of receipt by Farm Progress. Entrants assume all risk of lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. All entries become the property of Farm Progress and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Drawing: One (1) winner will be selected in 1 random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the end of the Sweepstakes Period, on or about October 30, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone. The winner must respond to the prize notification within three (3) days to claim their prize (“Deadline”). If the winner does not claim their prize by the Deadline in the matter described herein, or does not return any required documents within the time period stated, or if a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at Farm Progress’ discretion, and an alternate winner selected for the drawing at issue. The winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity release (except where legally prohibited), provide valid identification, and complete any relevant tax forms no later than seven (7) days after issuance or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize.
Prize. The winner will receive a $1000 Visa gift card to be delivered to the e-mail address included on the passport entry. Winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes on their prize. Prize is subject to availability. Prize is not transferable. No cash redemptions or substitutions except as provided for herein. In case of unavailability of the advertised prize, Farm Progress reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Winner must comply with all prize component rules and regulations.
By entering, each entrant, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Farm Progress and its designees to use their name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. The Sweepstakes and all related published ads, promotional materials, online and printed entry forms are the property of Farm Progress. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks, or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability. All entrants agree to hold harmless and release Farm Progress and its agents, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, contractors, employees, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all existing or future, actual or alleged, claims, actions, losses, injuries, damages, and liabilities with respect to or in any way arising from this Sweepstakes; (i) from participating in any Sweepstakes related activity, including attending the Show, or (ii) awarding, delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including liability for personal injury, bodily injury (including wrongful death or disability), damage to property, and damage or loss of any kind. Released Parties are not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any entrants. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of any websites. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or websites or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Farm Progress, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Farm Progress reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Farm Progress’ sole opinion, compromised by causes which, in the sole opinion of Farm Progress, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries. If terminated, Farm Progress may, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Farm Progress.
By entering, entrants agree that any personal information provided may be held and used by Farm Progress or its agents and suppliers to administer this Sweepstakes in accordance with Informa’s Privacy Policy. Informa, the owner of Farm Progress, may send tailored information, including industry insights, exclusive networking opportunities, and access to offers for Informa’s events and products, and those of Informa’s selected partners. Entrants may opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe or contacting Informa. This Sweepstakes is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that an entrant is using the Sweepstakes for gambling purposes, they will be disqualified from participating and reported to authorities.
