Rebooking Q&A

We’re evolving the rebooking process to better reflect how exhibitors plan, invest, and compete today. By moving key decisions onsite, we create a more dynamic environment where exhibitors can evaluate performance, secure stronger positioning, and make more strategic decisions in real time.

Onsite is the one moment where everything comes together—your experience, your results, and your future planning. It allows exhibitors to make informed decisions with full context, while also ensuring fair and priority-based access to space, pricing, and opportunities. The Farm Progress Show team has baked in opportunity to the process — securing same year booth space and rate, gaining priority move status to meet your needs, first right of refusal on sponsorships, and more.

This approach gives exhibitors more control and more opportunity. Those who are prepared and ready to act onsite gain priority access to booth movement, pricing protection, and sponsorship alignment—ultimately putting them in a stronger position for the following year.

Newly opened 2027 space will be first come, first served. When exhibitors choose to make these moves, then other spaces on the grounds will open up creating even more opportunity.

Exhibitors can simply choose to rebook their same space which locks in that space and their current year rate.

First rebooked exhibitors will have the first chance to move once rebooking ends, if you do not choose to move during the live rebooking. The team will discuss your needs with you onsite and notate your needs in your contract for the Priority Move Process opens.

Exhibitors same 2026 rate is secured when rebooking in the rebooking window.

Current sponsorships can be protected during the rebooking window at the same rate.

This applies to all exhibitors planning to participate in 2027. Whether you’re a long-time partner or new to the show, the process is designed to create a clear, fair structure for securing space and opportunities. The process provides currently invested 2026 exhibitors a key opportunity to act first for 2027.

Exhibitors who come prepared and are ready to engage onsite will see the greatest advantage. Early commitment and proactive planning will directly translate into stronger positioning and access.

No—current exhibitors will have the opportunity to protect their space by rebooking before the rebooking window closes on November 15. However, rebooking onsite has advantages that those who do not book onsite will not have such as priority placement for first moves on the grounds, grabbing first come, first served newly opened spaces for the 2027 event LIVE in the office, securing same year rate, and securing first right of refusal and same rate on sponsorships. This process ensures a fair and transparent process for all participants.

Rebooking for 2027 will take place onsite during the event. This is when exhibitors will secure their space, secure same year pricing, and make any adjustments to their footprint.

Yes—exhibitors can prepare in advance by aligning internally and scheduling rebooking appointments through the Farm Progress Show rebooking scheduler. However, final decisions and space selection will happen onsite.

No—exhibitors will not be required to place a deposit when rebooking onsite. Rebooking does commit you to the event and a deposit invoice will follow to your invoice contact after the event. This is easily calculated as you are booking the same space at the same rate. AdQual exhibitors should plan to discuss their media with their account executive prior to the event to ensure they understand the 2027 ad qualification requirements.

2026 exhibitors will have a small window to book their current year space by November 15. After this date, if current year space is not reconfirmed, then the Priority Moves will begin for those who booked onsite and completed a 2027 Needs Request Form in their meeting. Exhibitors who wait will lose out on the onsite rebooking benefits of securing rate, sponsorship, and priority moves after the event.

Rebooking will take place in our dedicated Exhibitor Rebooking Lounge in the Critel Building—a centralized exhibitor space designed to make the process efficient, comfortable, and strategic for exhibitors. The exhibitor party is hosted in this same building on Tuesday evening at the event from 5-7 p.m.

Exhibitors will have access to live floor plans, real-time availability, and support from our team to evaluate options and secure their position. It’s designed to be a streamlined and high-value planning moment. You may simply reconfirm you same space from 2026 which locks in your current year rate. You can also have a private meeting to discuss your potential needs for the following year. When you rebook same year space and then complete a 2027 Needs Request Form, you will have priority for booth adjustment in the order that you rebooked your space. So, the earliest appointments are key for this!

Yes—space availability and movement will be happening live. This is why being prepared and participating onsite is so important for securing the best possible outcome. While you can simply reconfirm your current year space and lock in your current year rate, there will be newly opened spaces on the 2027 grounds that will come available during onsite for live moves during the rebooking process.
