Salford’s fifty-two hundred Enforcer is a primary tillage powerhouse! It’s four rows of blades size and mix residue up to 5 inches deep, at speeds up to 9 miles per hour.
The first three rows of blades are set on two angles. The first angle digs into hard ground and maintains the intended depth, while the second cuts and tosses soil and residue to the next row for further mixing. The result? Improved density reduction, better seed-to-soil contact and enhanced crop establishment.
To improve leveling, the fourth row of blades is set on a gentler angle ahead of Salford's three-bar tine and fourteen-inch rolling basket.
The three-bar tine even distributes residue, followed by the fourteen-inch rolling basked that crushes soil clods and pins residue to the surface. Both tines and rollers have the option to be hydraulically controlled from the cab.
The fifty-two hundred comes in 8 sizes, from twelve feet to thirty-nine feet, to match any grower’s operation.Maya the work horse of Cornheads, available in folding, rigid and chopping configurations. The BEDNAR SWIFTERDISC XE_PROFI is a trailed high-speed disc harrow with disc sections arranged in an X shape. A key advantage of this machine is its integrated axle, which is shifted forward to provide stability even at higher speeds.
The discs work in pairs on a single tine. This design allows for a larger distance between individual tines (20 inches), providing more space for material throughput. The SWIFTERDISC bearings are completely maintenance-free and have been tested in the most demanding conditions, including extremely rocky soils.
The standard equipment for the SWIFTERDISC includes serrated discs with a diameter of 20.5 × 0.2 inches. For an additional charge, the SWIFTERDISC cultivator can be equipped with larger discs measuring 22 × 0.2 inches in diameter.
The SWIFTERDISC XE_PROFI disc harrows apply consistent down pressure on all discs across the entire machine width due to the transport axle position and the design of two folding side frames. This configuration reduces the number of hydraulic cylinders where wing frame down pressure could drop and minimizes the number of necessary lubrication points.
The SWIFTERDISC XE_PROFI can be maneuvered easily on headlands. It allows for headland turns using the rear rollers and front gauge wheels with only the disc section lifted, eliminating the need to lift the entire frame.
