TICKETS & REGISTRATION

Adult attendees can receive complimentary three-day admission when they register online at HuskerHarvestDays.com or on-site. Adults who choose not to register will pay $25 at the gate using cash or a card. View the registration tutorial here.

Student admission for ages 13–17 is $10 at the gate. Students can receive complimentary admission with the donation of five non-perishable food items through our partnership with the Heartland United Way Food Drive. Ages 12 and under are free. 

Cash and all major credit/debit cards are accepted for tickets on-site purchases. There is an ATM on-site, courtesy of Five Points Bank.

GENERAL SHOW INFORMATION

Husker Harvest Days will be open from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily September 10, 11, and 12, 2024. 

No pets are allowed on the show grounds. Service animals must be properly leashed at all times.

Yes! Simply open your app store and search “2024 Husker Harvest Days” to download the app.

Concession stands are independently operated by local school groups to support their athletic booster clubs and FFA chapters. These volunteer-led stands each offer a unique menu of items as well as many of the basics that you can expect at an outdoor event such as hamburgers, BBQ sandwiches, chips, soda pop, water, etc. In addition, look for the specialty food vendors around the showgrounds offering ice cream, kettle corn, and other local favorites.

First aid stations are located at the Northeast Corner of the showgrounds near field demo staging.

EMS/emergency personnel are on standby near the showgrounds. In case of emergency, please call 9-1-1.

Lactation spaces are located at each of the first aid stations for nursing mothers.

Staffed information booths are dispersed throughout the grounds. They can answer questions and provide show programs.

Restrooms are located near the entrances as well as on the east side of 6th Street behind the DIB North, on the west side of 4th Street, and on the west side of 10th Street.

Lost and Found is located at the show office outside the southwest corner of the grounds.

Husker Harvest Days will be held rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather, the show may be closed or opening delayed depending on the severity. Please sign up for updates and follow us on Facebook for the most up-to-date weather information.

GETTING TO, STAYING, & NAVIGATING THE EVENT

Yes! Parking is free. Parking for all vehicles is located adjacent to the show site and is identified by different colored row markers. Remember the row number where you park so you can find your vehicle after the show.

There is handicapped parking available. Sites are located close to the entrance gates in the west and south parking lots. Parking staff will direct handicapped vehicles to the correct places to park. Please have your handicapped verification visible.

You can reserve a golf cart in advance of the show. Rentals are available through Buresh Golf & Equipment on a first-come, first-served basis. To make a reservation, please call 308-384-4646 and select Option 1.

Husker Harvest Days does allow visitors to bring in their golf carts, but they must purchase a pass at the show from Buresh Golf & Equipment for $60. Passes are valid for all three days of the show. No golf cart passes will be sold in advance.

Permits are free for those who are disabled and bring their carts, but valid handicap credentials are required. Husker Harvest Days DOES NOT allow vehicles that idle on their own such as ATVs, Gators, side-by-sides, lawnmowers, etc.

RV and camper parking is available at Husker Harvest Days, east of the show grounds. There is no fee to park and no facilities are provided. The grounds open to camper and RV parking beginning at noon on Monday, September 9, 2024. Additional local camping options can be viewed here.

Golf cart courtesy shuttles are offered on the show grounds and in the parking lots and are sponsored by AuctionTime. You can board the courtesy shuttles at any of the five information booths dispersed throughout the show.

Yes! Bus parking for charter and school buses is available on the southwest side of the showgrounds at parking gate E. 

Due to the number of exhibitors and visitors at Husker Harvest Days, we do not offer a room block. However, there are many great hotels in the local area. Nearby hotels can be found here.

There are two permanent solar charging stations on-site: one across from the Husker Harvest Days Hospitality Tent, and another in the Southwest Quadrant near the gazebo. The plugs will accommodate cell phones and laptops. Please note there is no public wi-fi.  

SHOW FEATURE INFORMATION

The Husker Harvest Days Hospitality Tent is in the center of the show site at the intersection of 6th St. and Central Ave. Here you can visit with our editors, pick up a copy of the latest Farm Progress publications and listen to high-quality industry experts on stage.

Cattle are an important part of Husker Harvest Days. Producers can find everything beef-related, including exhibitors, live cattle-handling demos, education seminars and more in the BEEF Showcase, located in the Northwest Quadrant.

Field Demonstrations are located west and north of the showgrounds. Corn combining demos happen daily at 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tillage happens daily at 11 a.m. Haying demos take place at 2 p.m. daily. View the schedule here

The Syngenta Square Beer Garden is outside of Gate 2 in the Southeast Quadrant of the showgrounds on Lot 47E.
