Acknowledgement of Responsibility

You have requested that we permit your child to attend our event described below with you for educational and learning purposes.

We hereby grant such request on the basis that:

•You have legal authority / permission to bring your child to our event;

•Your child is able to safely attend our event without provision of any special accommodation by Informa;

•Your child will not disrupt our event, including the experience of others at our event;

•You will supervise your child for the entire duration that he/she is at our event;

•You are solely responsible / liable for the acts of your child at our event;

•You will ensure that your child (if he/she is 16+) complies with our Event Code of Conduct;

•You waive and release any claims you or your child may have against us relating to your child’s attendance at our event;

•Our maximum liability to you and your child relating to his/her attendance at our event will not exceed $1000; and

•You will fully reimburse us for any claims, liabilities, losses or damages we incur or suffer relating to your child’s attendance at our event.
